It is my absolute favourite as far as wings go, and nobody does it better than Wo Fung. The ginger flavour, in particular, is really, really good. Or at least, it is something I really, really like LOL~
IMO their other food is only special to people growing up eating that food though. So maybe you won't like those. |
Wo Fung does it better than anyone. I love those wings too.
Doesn't anyone have a recipe for the seasoning that's used for these wings?
Edit: I see the vid that Hobz posted shows one version of it - I'm guessing Wo Fung includes ginger powder in it. I may try to make it myself tomorrow using my Vortex on my kettle ( https://howtobbqright.com/2018/02/22...xchickenwings/)
