Well of course, cuz if they do happen to snap and bite a kid, it’s quite serious… no one going to the hospital or news if a shihtzu goes berserk but I’m sure they do all the time.
My Maltese or my Jack Russell/chihuahua cross get angry and bitey I just laugh.
