Watched this and I thought it was great. Please keep in mind I'm old and I have seen (which made a huge difference as I had to explain to my wife) the previous genre and resonated all the rest.
Budget was 46 M and they already doubled that so that's good to see. Please do not do any more LOL. There are a few easter eggs at the end but meh; the credit though did say Seth MacFarlane was a producer so I have to say he probably had a few helping hands in it. The pacing, how fast it was, the snowman scene were all signature of Seth to day the least.
There are a few LOL moments and gosh, there are so many one liners if you yawn you will miss it for sure.
For the record i didn't know "Let's Get It Started" Black Eye Pea was the clean version LOL
Great comparison would be a foreigner watching Shaolin soccer and be like wtf. If my mom and dad watched this they would say the same.
