I was randomly looking at flightradar, noticed this helicopter, and did some digging and found a rich person.

The helicopter heading north belongs to Lorenzo Fertita, former CEO of UFC.

Then I found his yacht, anchored just off Johnstone Straight in Knox Bay.

Then I notice another ship anchored next to his yacht.

And I realize he has a second yacht that carries all his toys to support the first yacht, including the helicopter spotted above.
