There's now packages that add plug and play DSP, speakers, sub to the standard systems:
- Subaru/toyota: OEM Audio Plus or the Crux amp (180W RMS)
- BMW: BavSound / Match
- Tesla:

I still think upgraded Camry JBL, C-Class Burmester, G05 X5 H/K system really suck.
The rear speakers on the Mustang were basically useless with the top down; no audio gets back there.
I don't think the market agrees with me because even my friends who love EDM seem content with their Mazda Bose system or shitty Toyota system.
