West Coast Toyota did a sheet with that info for the original owner of our old Matrix when the lady bought it. The service intervals are all available so you just need the pricing of those services and then you'll know what it costs per km/year of ownership.

Change the fluids, check the plugs yourself, leave the rest alone.
