The Model 3 I had from 2019 until it was totalled this year had DIY air filter change (10min work the first time, 3min if you know exactly what you are looking to pull) once every year and washer fluid. Parts can be source through Tesla.

I believe the only recommended factory service is tire rotation. If you can't do that DIY, any tire shop should do it for you within 10min.
