I always get a good laugh at the "Vancouver doesn't plan for snow" comments.

Like sure, they could certainly buy a few dozen more plow trucks at many millions of dollars, and then have then ongoing annual maintenance and staffing costs, for them to site idle for 360 days a year...

Would you like that reflected in your property taxes?
