Cut off just past the pex crimp on red
Thread on new sharkbite with t tape and preferably dope
Push on red onto sharkbite assuming you have enough pipe to push on
Oh yeah, you have to cut the pex first, which will require a tool...

There probably won't be enough original pipe left after you cut it, so you most likely will have to join the original pipe with new pipe via another shark bit connector, then use the shark bit connector that donk posted to connect it.
