I usually shit in the morning right after my coffee and when I travel my body seems to reset itself to the time zone really well AND it tends to want to shit less (like very second day instead of daily). I tend to shit multiple times on Monday as though my body is clearing out the weekend wreckage. Fine tuned race car my bowels.
Unless I'm in Japan there's really no way I'm shitting in public (that includes work) - I've even driven home over my lunch break to shit when I really needed to go.
