Sure. You want to tell me that most don’t have 750k. But the point I was making is, if you are an average Joe trying to buy your own place, be it an apartment or a mansion, the principle is the same. You need to save up down payment, get mortgage approved and buy a property. The only difference is that, instead of buying an apartment in Vancouver, get a revenue generating property somewhere else.
