the cons have to bring it back to center if they want to take some votes off the moderates... they already have all the right wing votes and it wasnt enough.

the prob is if they do that, there is enough of an appetite for far right stuff in canada that the party will either split or the PPC will gain traction... making it even harder for the cons to win another election.

really all they can do is keep leaning into the right to secure all those votes and keep losing the centerists.
