We (Calgary) just elected a new mayor too, after the lowest voter turn out in decades took me 1.5-2hrs to vote cuz Danielle forced election workers to manually fill out a form with every voters name and address on carbon copy in pen with ID check.
Oh yah and the new mayor is both bisexual AND a hardline right winger. Figure that mental battle out
. Just barely beat (600 votes) some extreme right winger lady who’s entire platform was hiring 1500 more Calgary police officers to lock down the city
