Also, we went to Costco Richmond on Friday around 4pm and IMMEDIATELY got parking and there were tons of spots available. I suspect people were all swarming the business centre that day too lol.

People are stupid, 90% of people wont buy anything from that Costco. However, if they had a food court, I might go there just to avoid the parking mess at my closer location.
