One of my cop buddy's who came to the RS-meet is fully on that same tangent. He was the same guy too scared to drink in downtown Portland because he thought we'd get stabbed by some homeless person, based off the stupid Youtube videos he watches.

That’s a hard gig man. They should pay these cops the same as doctors.
Getting paid like 70-80k a year to deal with criminals, the paperwork involved, and always walking a fine line between potentially killing someone or getting killed yourself. Now that’s a stressful job.
It takes a special breed to keep a level head and not bring that shit home with you. I’m not sure how these guys dont need psychological help every day.
