I agree. I hate getting rid of heart and soul guys like Garland and Sherwood.... But IMO I rather do the rebuild now, or if they believe in this "core" they will have to trade the future to compete now...
So the question is how much of the future are you willing to trade to get good quality guys to make this team a championship team or at least a contender?
2? 3? 4? 5?
