Wife didn't check the far lane of traffic when coming out of a side street, I don't think we can get away with it. She's a little bruised and a little shaken up. She was on her way to pick up the little one after work.
Spent today dealing with car seats and shit. Took our in law's car but still needed to buy a car seat and shift all the seats around between our cars.

If you had baby/toddler car seats during the time of incident, you can claims those with ICBC and get a brand new replacement
EDIT: I've gone through an absurd amount ICBC claims for car seats
I started with an Evenflo Symphony Convertible car seat, took a cash claim and bought a Clek Fllo, I was involved in an accident, replaced it with another Clek Fllo, then accident again. Took a cash claim and bought two Diono Radian 3R. Another accident with the wife, claimed the seats and replaced it with another two Diono 3RXT, then someone decided to crash into the rear of my car. Took a cash ICBC claim and bought two Mifold Hifold booster seats (discontinued now in Canada)
All within an 8 year span
