First time trying an aggressive 7,000/week deficit to lose 2lb/week. Working well, picked up running, average 5-10KM run per day + 3-4 days of Vball/Pickleball for 2-4 hours at a time. I'm so de-trained by not weight lifting for a year but muscle memory is a blessing and I'm almost at 70% of peak after 3 weeks of diet + weight lifting.
Weight loss is easy mode when you're young, gotta be grateful and make use of this good body while I have it.
Target is 198lbs by end of Jan. Can't wait to be shredded
