Any team with high playoff hopes will consider Sherwood seriously. I think their strategy right now is to just start a bidding war and see what sticks. Smart and stupid at the same time to show your hand so soon.
From my point of view, I think playing hardball with Sherwood is a good thing. Even if we don't end up trading him, signing him is still a possibility and a good idea (sign and trade later probably possible too). If we sell off other assets, a guy who works as hard as him should be kept around lest our culture go further down the drain.
