ive been trying to cut before my vacation but honestly i don't think it's working... will post results the day before i leave. i was 174 about 3 weeks ago... was hoping to be below 170 since i will prob put on 5+lbs on my trip.
been trying to have smaller dinners, no snacking, not adding bananas, PB, oat milk, etc.. to my evening shake, and more recently got my bike trainer set up, trying to ride at least 3x a week 30m-1hr
