last year i maxed at 178lb and dropped all the way to 148 lb and by end of year fell off at 165 lb
i'm going to try it again and see if i can't get to and sustain 150 or at best/worst 155 lb.
when i was at 148 and trying to push to 145 and eventually 140 i realized at my age it's not sustainable.
