If I was balling enough to have a massive property and to the home gym thing big then maybe I can do it but I have to leave the house and get my ass there. I don't have the same motivation at home. Plus after being home all day, work, kids etc leaving the house for the gym at the end of the night is my way to decompress.

I don't normally weigh myself because weight isn't something I'm after but I did notice I'm 200 now the highest I've ever been. The normal weight I've held for the past decade is 185-190 sot he extra 10lbs not from any holiday eating is what, old age? I don't know.

Goals for the year are start doing cardio and legs. Yea I'm a skip leg day dude but after a 15 month battle with a glute injury I had slowly started doing some lower body stuff anyway. That aside, continue the same nightly 1030/1100pm gym routine and maintain.
