Now I'm curious how I managed to drop from 170 -> 150lbs during covid. I wasn't running a huge deficit if any at all, I was drinking heavily (empty calories) to the point where I realized it was becoming a problem and I stopped cold turkey. I was hella stressed out though and I tried my hardest to workout at home, but going from hitting the gym 4-5 days a week to none was hard.
