Trump, on the other hand, said it’s good he made a deal but he’d be stupid not to make a deal with China. Then you’ve got Ford going ape shit, but someone needs to tell him no one wants crappy domestic EVs and maybe it's a better play to lure Chinese EV manufacturers to Ontario.
What’ll be interesting is if BRICS keeps expanding, because China’s long term goal is clear: get as many countries on board as possible and slowly reduce reliance on the US dollar.
