Did the Dexa Scan today.

BF = 17.1% (need to keep working, clearly)
Lean Mass = 152 lbs
Visceral Fat = 292 grams
Bone Density (BMD): 1.343 g/cm2

Interesting experience, absolute shit part of town for it
