Are you afraid of non-Asian girls, or something? Maybe that's what your problem is.
Guy who's over 6', lives on his own, is somewhat vain (but in a good way, which matters to people under 30), travels a lot, makes 6 figures and can't "find" a woman - it doesn't add up. Speaking from experience, all of these things should result in the rizz that is probably the most important thing in finding someone.
Like, good on you for focusing on your health and achieving your goals, but do it for yourself, instead of chasing something/someone.
