Im happy to report im fatter than ever and feeling great!
Gym for 4-5 times a week for the past 2+ years.... absolutely buckus result. zero. zip. zilch. yes i can run 5mph for 45 minutes, so what big whoop. yes i can bench 240lbs, so what big whoop. i havent improved or surpassed these numbers for over a year.
Whatever, i dont even care anymore. eat my dick bitches, or not, i got shit to do.
