No idea on Audi, you'll have to do your due dilligence.
Both my 2nd hand experiences with No1 has not been great. Slow turnaround, not amazing work. I know they are endorsed by the dealers but on an individual level they have not impressed.
If you want things done quickly, I would recommend Auto West Autobody on Bridgeport. Maybe because I know the owner there, but Edward gets me in and out and no BS. Only time I had a problem was because they had used Panther's to refinish wheels and Panther's fucked up twice on one order. I believe Edward said he's dropping them as it's not the first time he's had problems with Panther's.
My other experience would be with Burrard Autostrasse. Great quality work and match, and they will take care of little details no problem. Expect the bill to be expensive though as they are a premium shop, and turnaround to be slow. If you care about keeping the claim amount low for resale, or don't want to pay top dollar, this wouldn't be my choice. My contact there is Robert Ko.
Starlight in Burnaby on Gilley is a recommendation. I've never sent any cars there but lots of friends have. Victor is very meticulous and if you talk with him he will explain things in detail and tell you whether if it's a good idea or not. He's the one that taught me about the differences in paint suppliers, and he said he wasn't going to take my car because he doesn't think he can get a match that I'll be happy with. Customer satisfaction is a big one with him and he doesn't fret about having enough business, he cares that the word of mouth is good.
