The Jimny doesn't really strike me as the kind of vehicle you'd expect to be without compromise.
To me, it's a little like the Ariel Atom. Downsides all around, but maybe ultimately worth it for experience highlights that it's so good at. My friend used to have one, he even commuted to work in it most days. I loved driving the thing.
