I will chase sub 60min and then sub 50min 10KM on your behalf. Running at 220-230lbs vs 199lbs atm is night and day difference, joints feel so much better. Although, it does start creaking after 15KM.
Gonna spam leg days + tempo to push my pace down. I've been having outer meniscus knee pain until I started doing split squats again. Had to cancel vball cause I couldn't even jump for 2-3 days after a 3KM run
