I went to look at a BMW iX that Burrard Acura had.
I told them I'm here to look at one thing, if it has adjustable lumbar on the passenger side since some cars lost it due to the chip shortage, I just want to check the car and move on. They made me sit through this whole questionnaire and what should have taken 10 mins took 35, for me to have a quick poke at the car. The GM was kind of hovering around so I felt like I don't want to do the sales guy dirty, but damn if that's how Acura is treating their customers, I would not want to buy from them. That was definitely not a premium experience.
