I think Eby's financial discipline has been far worse than Horgan's though but he's not doing anything that all govt aren't generally doing regardless of party. I also don't think Eby's a particularly great Premier (not sure he's even good) but the article is a bit of a hit piece - if you're familiar with the author this is a bit par for the course (his tendency to exaggerate a real situation).
