agreed, calories burnt really depends on the person and fitness level. i use my tracker to see if i burnt more or less than yesterday, i dont trust the number. it says i burnt 400 calories sitting in the sauna for an hour, ya i wish.

i was chatting with the lifeguard today. she noticed ive been swimming alot and asked how im liking it. i told her its my 2nd week swimming and im having trouble breaking 200m and asked for a few pointers. she said first of all this is a rec center and the pools are 25m so youve only been doing 100m not 200m.
