looks like gladstone 33 finally completed after almost rotting in dev hell

i kinda like the mtl style but im sure the bike storage will be tampered with soon enough

counting the front parking is quite stupid unless it turns into permit only, either way probably screwed with a phev/ev

edit thought it was 12 units, damn it's 16..
