Co-sleep to 10 outside a hippy commune is pretty beyond anything I would imagine too, but at least it’s sweet in a certain way.

I think both of these are western cultural norms though - a quick Google search says children will self wean from breast feeding between the age of 2 and
7 - Gemini even mentions that it's a western stigma to breastfeed children past a year of age unlike the rest of the world.
Same with co-sleeping - I've had several Indian co-workers who mention that co-sleeping is the norm for most of a childhood. A Google search comes up with the same kind of result that it's a western norm (specifically North American norm) - it says in Japan that co-sleeping goes past age 10 regularly, in Scandinavia it's common to go to age 8, and that in Asia, Africa and Central/South American it's common to co-sleep till puberty.
Increasingly the research says that both of these result in more well adjusted children. If I were to make a leap of correlation & causation I'd say the US is proof that not co-sleeping and not breastfeeding till age 5 is why they are a 3rd world country. I'm sure Trump would have love to suck on his mom's old titties when he was 5.
