Given the political and economic climate, the price of gas is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so the shift to EV for the short/near term makes financial sense.

I haven't followed depreciation curves but does that still apply if depreciation is counted? Seems like that's still sky high compared to ICE cars.
