TIL: It's not severe diarrhea unless you're going 10 or more times a day.
Why do I know this? I'm on oral antibiotics now and one of the side effects is diarrhea and I googled "severe diarrhea" at 3am this morning. Definitely not doing any exercises that require bracing the core or sphincter this week cause I'm getting enough clenching work in (I qualify as mild to moderate diarrhea).
Maybe I will manage to lose 10lbs by end of June.
