I've been trying, it 's been better lately, but only 6.5hours asleep vs 8-9 hours time in bed sadly
seems like the only true fix is to start really early 5-7AM wake-up, then PTFO by 9:30-10:30PM but that doesn't really work socially when you're tryna date in mid to late 20's
