We can do something like the Benzo cafe but instead of chopped up Mercs we'd do chopped up JDM cars. We'd name everything after car things like how a Viet coffee would be "VTEC Kicked In Yo" and the jumbo breakfast plate would be a 2JZ plate. It would be so confusing for non-car people.

That is one hell of a confusing menu. Had no idea this place existed. I think I want to try it the next time I'm in town.
