I’ve always liked riding smaller bikes under 400cc they’re just really fun. It’s kind of like driving a Civic you can go full throttle and enjoy it without going crazy fast. They’re light, easy to handle, great in corners, and perfect for getting around the city.
The MT-09 is still pretty nimble. It has a shorter gear ratio, so it’s not bad for city riding at all, but you do have to be more careful with it. It really shines on longer rides, like heading out to Manning Park or Kelowna for the day.
