The Sport button - only on the BRZ - supposedly gives you the GR86 front-loaded throttle map. So it doesn't change anything except that at 40% pedal travel you are commanding 100% WOT from the engine. Basically like those pedal commanders that people add.

That's what I liked about the BRZ, no modes or anything. The sport button is just a silly thing to add IMO.
