Thinking about what Hehe said, I can totally see what he's talking about if you have that money and you are single.
You are likely not bagging a 25yo for love when you are 40 (don't say never, but I doubt most of us here look like Chris Hemsworth).
Some guys don't have the mindset to deal with the teething issues of a relationship that goes through into commonlaw and marriage, or they've done it before and had such a bad time and simply don't want to deal with it again.
