Haha I wound up buying rolls of velcro straps.
The first set was only 0.5" wide and he gleefully ripped them off, cackling as he threw them to the floor.
Then I went to 4" wide ones and that seems to be holding him off for now. I've got some even beefier ones coming in the mail.
If all else fails, maybe I should print that out and tape it to his window...
