Are you asking from the bride or groom's side? Me and my wife used this website as a good baseline. I highly recommend that you adjust to cultural requirements because not everyone will have the same requirements. (i.e. North Vs. South. Hoarder vs. Non-Hoarder etc.) Best to ask the parents/seniors. Use Google Translate as needed.

In terms of dried goods, a dried goods seafood place will be able to pick the stuff out and they likely will have basket options. Just bring $$$ lol

If for Vancouver, for pastries, Kam Do is solid for wedding pastry needs. Just talk to the staff working there. They know the drill down to the T.

Edit: Here's a much better and thoughtful version in English for various cultures so you can be more considerate. Some families take this stuff seriously so the last thing you want to do is offend them.
