Now if you find one with a job + rich, that's great... then you realize their standard of life is also very high.

ANyhoo... you're right.. poor rags might steal your stuff and or ask you to pay for their rent.. but when you're married, i think someone who had to work hard fo their shit- they respect you a bit more.
