I think GB showed the rust of basically being a team that had 2 weeks off, you have to remember, they gave Rodgers and most of their starters a rest also in week 17 in addition to the bye week and Jennings effectively had 4-5 weeks off with his injury. Also their OC Philbin had been away from the team for 2 weeks due to his son's death, I thought that also showed a bit with the offense looking a bit off.
I think its better to keep your players in, instead of resting them. Seems like every time in the playoffs, the guys who clinch everything by week 12/13 get rusty in the playoffs and end up losing.
He's a beast, Lynch is the only person I seen slow him down, I was there at the game and just couldn't believe I just witness Beastmode juke Lewis out so bad making Lewis hurt himself on the play, I just lost it haha
Lewis' diet is insane
Quote:
Lewis estimates he swallows 50 pills a day.
"His diet is so ridiculous, even the people around him have to adjust," linebacker Terrell Suggs says. "It's crazy. Last week, I'm eating a bag of chips, and he throws 'em away."
Lewis is a fish-and-vegetable man who hasn't touched pork in 12 years and has eaten beef twice during that span. He also doesn't drink soda or eat bread or sugar — except for scant exceptions. Like his cheat snacks, Twizzlers and Gummy Bears. "To keep living life," he says.
Of course those odds are shitty, there are only 4 teams left, what were you expecting? If you are going to bet on Football Futures, you have to get your bet in before season starts or at the very latest before playoffs start to get decent odds. Niners opened at 40/1 and Giants 15/1 originally.
Vegas and Bodog has the spread at -9 for Pats this weekend. BCLC Playnow has it at 7.5
...I was talking about their odds in general...not the Superbowl odds
Whoops, thought you were referring to the SB odds. But really, all these teams left are pretty evenly matched, so no one is going to be giving you great odds, unlike when Denver was playing NE last week.
Niners/Giants is basically a coin flip, and while Pats are favored, I don't think anyone really is expecting a blow out. I could see Ravens winning, Pats secondary is pretty bad and with Boldin and Torrey Smith that could be dangerous if Flacco wakes the fuck up. Pats run D isn't much better than their pass D, not going to be an easy task stopping lil Ray.
While I think Pats will win, no point betting on them given the odds, so I'll be betting Ravens given the points and just to make it somewhat worth it on a parlay.
Huge Pats fan as well. So nerve racking the last few minutes. Brady played pretty bad but he'll step it up for the big game for sure. I just hope Gronk's injury isn't serious. Posted via RS Mobile
Gronk was out at the end so no issues what so ever. Brady played horrible today but better off getting it over with this game cause he rarely plays to bad games in a row

True but playing on it then with all that adrenaline is much easier. Atleast he has a couple weeks to let it heal up.
I'm hoping for a niners win in this game. Posted via RS Mobile
