Drinking Milk and Orange Juice

What are everyone's thoughts on milk and orange juice. Have we been duped/marketed to drinking milk for calcium and orange juice for Vitamin C?

We are the only mammalian species that drinks milk from another species, even then, mammals only drink milk during the weaning process. What about the plenty of societies that don't drink a drop of milk but still have plenty of calcium in their bones (Inuits for example), and lactose intolerant people.

Everyone associates orange juice with Vitamin C. But Vitamin C is abundant in tons of other foods. Off the shelf orange juice products actually aren't that healthy for you, since they're pasteurized and have a shelf life of months. They're nothing but sugars and ultimately a very processed product.

Case in point:

Anyone have any thoughts?

EDIT: I'm not here to discuss the morality of drinking milk/dairy products, only want to discuss the nutritional aspect of it.
