Oatmeal Face Wash

This deserves a thread. Oatmeal used as face wash!
I know there are a lot of people like me here. Having acne problems. Hopefully this helps!

I've been using oatmeal as a face wash for the past 1 1/2 months. After trying different products like Proactive, shiseido, neutrogena products, tea tree oil products, and a few random stuff.

Pros
- CHEAP, so much cheaper then ANY of the products iv ever bought!
- Natural, I personally think its better then having all the chemical products in other cleanser
- Easy Process, Use oatmeal cleanser & lotion for after.

Overall it works for me! I'm not saying its cleared up all my acne but it has done a better job then any other product i'v used.

Here's a link below showing you how to use it and a explanation of its awesomeness!

I would assume that you should run non-instant oatmeal under water for longer to make it softer?

you should really look into your diet, and see what foods may be causing your acne. If you are an adult, it is unlikely it's due to hormones, but more of a food allergy. Go see a homeopathic doctor/naturopath, as Western medicine doctors will just prescribe drugs.

If you eat the oatmeal when you're done you need a username change to melonman, saving time/money and healthier all at once.

And now the wait begins for someone to make a "help I clogged my drain with oatmeal" thread.
