Gym pet peeve. When you pick up a DB and the bolt holding the plates on isn't tight. How hard is it to tighten the fucking weights if you hear it clanking. When I pull a DB off the rack it's fucking go time I don't want to have to put that shit down and tighten it before I lift it.
Oh and on that note just Declined 112lb DB for 6 reps. Then inclined 90's for 5.
