Alright well registration is open and I expect at least one or 2 people to sign up. And to avoid more gay shit like some former new members caused we are putting together a set of guide lines for you guys to follow.
First of all, instead of jumping in head first into posting, sit back and take a look around first. See how other people act. Theres no need to chime in on every conversation just for the sake of posting. The last thing you want is to be the guy that everyone hates.
Secondly, as long as it says Newbie Member below your name, I think its 25 posts, youre on probation. If one of the moderators see you causing a problem, or if you flame other members, or are just being a useless twat, theres a good chance you wont be sticking around too long.
We have a warning points system. Generally given out in 6 and 12s. 25 points and youre banned. You will figure it out. And if you send a PM or post fully complaining about points you got, they are doubled. Discussing is one thing, complaining is another. We will be happy to discuss with you why you recieved points.
Very little flaming and bullshit and personal attacks will be tollerated in Import Chat. That section is for discussion of CAR or BIKE or DRIVING or other related topics. Try to avoid going offtopic in those threads. IC is the meat of the Okanagan Forums..
Offtopic is a little more open. Basically any discussion is allowed, and sometimes encouraged. OT is the tatters of the Okanagan Forums.
There are strict rules posted on top of the Buy and Sell forum. Read them. Follow them.
We will add more to the list as more issues come up.
Lastly, Have fun! introduce yourself!
